MEET Erin Murphy

"Homeownership is the foundation to the American Dream".  There is so much truth to that statement.  Purchasing a home is the starting place of love, hope and dreams.  I was raised in Niles, Illinois.  If you know Niles, the slogan growing up was, "Niles, my kind of town where people count".  The sense of community no matter where you live is very important.  I attended Loyola University Chicago where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication.  Applying those skills to the real estate business couldn't be more important when trying to either sell a home or help you purchase one!

I've lived in the Old Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago since 2006 where my husband and I raise our four children.  They say it takes a village to raise children and boy does it ever.  Community is everything when choosing the right home for you.  It is the foundation that holds the glue together.  

Whether you're purchasing your first home, downsizing or upsizing...moving is tough!  As you're real estate agent it is my job to make the process as seamless as possible so you can focus on your new beginning with ease.  It's easy for me to tell you what you need to do to sell your home for top dollar..but focusing on your needs and understanding the emotions that can come with selling or buying a home are my TOP priorities.
